Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the University of Commerce and Law and postgraduate studies in Information Technology Law (Informationsrecht) at Heinrich-Heine Universität in Düsseldorf. Since the beginning of her career she has been responsible for comprehensive legal services for Polish and international companies. She started her career at esb Rechtsanwälte in Stuttgart, where she dealt with compliance processes in the context of federal data protection law (BDSG) and with labour law consulting for Polish and German companies. After returning to Poland she carried out projects in the field of personal data protection law, copyright and industrial property law. As an expert, she conducted training and projects on the implementation of management and data protection systems for private enterprises and State Treasury companies. Since 2013 she has been developing the Polish unit of esb Rechtsanwälte (esb Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni - Advocates and Legal Advisors). She is the first ever person from outside Germany to be invited to become a partner. To meet the needs of clients who want to be close to their law firm, she is currently involved in developing the structure of the law firm in Poland, as well as in building the network of cooperating law firms in those foreign markets where our clients operate.

He also holds the position of COO at Priv-Sec Solutions (www.privsec.solutions) specialising in the development and implementation of dedicated tool solutions supporting the broadly defined Governance area, including, among others, processes of risk management, information security, cyber security (threat intelligence and vulnerability management) and privacy.

He has completed dozens of consulting projects for international corporations, as well as small and medium-sized companies in the area of implementation of personal data security policies, business continuity plans, internal control systems, risk management programmes. He performs audits, implementations, training and supports clients in coordinating activities in the area of security.  He was the project manager of the first full business continuity management system certification completed in Poland according to ISO 22301:2012 standard. He held, inter alia, the function of an expert on management control in IT projects in the Ministry of Administration and Digitisation, a consultant on the development of functionality of the corporate risk management tool in T-Mobile Poland as well as the function of a CISO consultant in LUX MED responsible for the development of the process and selection of a risk management tool in the area of information security and IT.
