Magdalena specializes in commercial law, copyright, contract law, advertising law, e-commerce, new technologies, protection of personal rights and personal data. Magdalena has many years of experience in day-to-day provision of legal services for business entities, in particular in the advertising industry, new technologies and e-commerce, including start-ups.
Magdalena advises in investment processes at all stages (from carrying out due diligence, through support in the selection of a model of involvement, to preparation and negotiation of final contracts). She supports clients at the stage of establishing and registering companies, by assisting in the selection of the optimal legal form, drawing up a company agreement and registering the company.
Magdalena prepares and negotiates broadly understood cooperation agreements, investment agreements, agreements in the field of intellectual property, in particular license and transfer of copyrights. She prepares documents related to the current operations of business entities, in particular the terms and conditions of use of websites and online stores, regulations of competitions and promotions, privacy policies, general contract terms, contract templates, including those concluded with consumers. She advises on the protection of personal data, conducts audits and deals with the comprehensive implementation of the GDPR.
Magdalena graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She is an attorney-at-law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from Postgraduate Intellectual Property Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
